About Jeannette Beaulieu, Associate Broker

I have many years of varied experiences that set me apart from your typical realtor.  I have been trained in architecture and engineering (including surveying) and worked as a draftsman for prominent firms mostly on commercial projects from Maine to Florida for 20+- years.  I designed buildings, interiors and landscapes, which gives me a trained eye for value.  Also I am a homeowner and have been a multi-family owner.  I have been involved in small business locally and flipped a home or two.

I am a Maine native who grew up in the mid-coast Maine area.  I enjoy everything Maine has to offer, including every season.  I think this is a wonderful place to live and I enjoy helping people get to their "good place" or accomplish their goals in a realistic fashion.

One of my best features:  I am a licensed Realtor/Associate Broker and work full time in the real estate field.  Ask most.  They typically have full time or part time jobs in addition to being a sales agent.  I have earned my LuxBHGRE Luxury Certification.  I have a common sense approach and work with a negotiation attitude; always working with my clients best interest in mind.  I have a team of experts I work with (lenders, building inspectors, appraisors, photographers, etc.)  I am totally inspired by and respectful of the Realtor Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
